# Terms & Conditions ## General * All rates mentioned in this quotation are strictly for quotation purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice. * We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the quoted offer at any time without prior notice. * No booking, reservation, or blocking of services has been made at the time of quotation. * All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking amount and confirmation from the respective service providers. * Confirmation of the selected hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and other services is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking. * We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, services, or arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, government regulations/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, adverse weather conditions, traffic restrictions, overbooking, operational changes, or cancellation of flights/hotels/services. * In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements. Any additional cost arising from such changes shall be borne by the passenger, where applicable. * We shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, refund, compensation, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. * Any services not utilized by the passenger, either voluntarily or due to circumstances beyond the service provider's control, will not be eligible for a refund. * Any service, facility, meal, transfer, sightseeing, or inclusion not specifically mentioned in the itinerary or quotation will be considered excluded and may incur additional charges. ## Taxes & TCS * Applicable taxes, government levies, surcharges, and other statutory charges will be payable as applicable at the time of booking. * As per applicable Income Tax Department regulations, **5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source)** may be applicable on the total eligible transaction value for overseas travel bookings. * TCS will be collected at the time of applicable payment/confirmation and may be claimed as credit while filing the passenger's income tax return, subject to applicable tax regulations. * A copy of the lead passenger's PAN Card and any other required documents may be required at the time of booking/final confirmation as per applicable government and regulatory requirements. --- # Hotel Terms * Hotel rates, room categories, meal plans, and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. * The quoted hotel rates may not be valid during blackout dates, peak periods, festivals, events, exhibitions, or other special dates. * Hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking. * The hotel may collect applicable city taxes, tourism taxes, resort fees, or other mandatory charges directly from the guest at the time of check-in/check-out. * Any mandatory Gala Dinner or compulsory meal supplement applicable during Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, festivals, or special events will be payable additionally as per the hotel's policy. * Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. * Room preferences such as bed type, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, floor preferences, or specific room locations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the hotel. * Any damages, minibar consumption, room service, laundry, telephone charges, or other personal expenses incurred at the hotel shall be settled directly by the guest. --- # Sightseeing & Transfers * Sightseeing tours operating on a **SIC (Seat-in-Coach)** basis may operate from a designated central meeting/pick-up point within the city. * Drop-off facilities may vary depending on the tour operator and may be provided only at designated central points. * Private vehicles are provided strictly as per the itinerary and specified timings and are **not at disposal for the entire day**, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. * Any additional usage of the vehicle beyond the agreed itinerary, timings, distance, or inclusions may attract additional charges. * No amendments or changes to pre-booked sightseeing arrangements may be accepted once the tour has commenced, as services may carry cancellation or amendment charges. * Sightseeing itineraries provided at the time of quotation or confirmation are indicative and may be modified during the tour due to operational requirements, weather, local conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. * Unutilized sightseeing, transfers, meals, tickets, excursions, or other services are non-refundable. * Any increase in the applicable rate of exchange may result in a corresponding increase in the cost of land arrangements, transportation, sightseeing, or other services before departure. * Entrance fees, permits, local taxes, meals, or other charges not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are excluded and will be payable separately. * Tips and gratuities for drivers, guides, escorts, and other service personnel are customary in many destinations and shall be payable by the passenger unless specifically included in the package. --- # Self-Drive Terms * A valid Indian Driving Licence or International Driving Permit (where required) must be produced as per the laws and regulations of the destination country. * The driving licence must meet the requirements of the local car rental company and applicable local regulations. * A valid credit card in the primary renter's name is mandatory for security deposits and other rental requirements. * Additional credit cards may be required for certain premium or luxury vehicle categories. * The renter shall be responsible for fuel, parking charges, tolls, traffic fines, congestion charges, and other vehicle-related expenses unless specifically included in the package. * Any damage to the rental vehicle, loss of keys/documents, or other charges imposed by the rental company shall be borne by the renter. * The rental vehicle is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective rental company. --- # Cruise Terms * Cruise bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cruise liner. * Mandatory gratuities/service charges applicable by the cruise liner are payable by the passenger either onboard or in advance, as per the cruise line's policy. * Any port taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, service charges, or other mandatory fees applicable to the cruise will be payable as per the cruise liner's prevailing policy. * Shore excursions, specialty dining, beverages, internet, spa services, and other onboard expenses are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the package. * Cruise itineraries, ports of call, sailing schedules, and onboard arrangements are subject to change by the cruise liner due to operational, weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. --- # Booking & Payment Terms * The booking amount specified in the quotation must be paid to initiate the booking process. * A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from the respective service providers. * The booking amount is **non-refundable**, except where specifically stated otherwise in writing. * The balance payment must be made within the payment timeline communicated at the time of booking. * Failure to make the balance payment within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges. * Airline, hotel, cruise, visa, sightseeing, and other supplier-specific terms may apply in addition to the terms mentioned herein. --- # Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date on which the written cancellation request is received and the applicable cancellation policy of the respective service providers. ### Additional Cancellation Conditions * The applicable cancellation charges are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, cruise liners, transport operators, visa service providers, and other suppliers involved in the booking. * Certain services may be **100% non-refundable from the date of confirmation**, irrespective of the above cancellation schedule. * The booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances unless otherwise specified in writing. * Cancellation charges may be higher during peak seasons, festivals, blackout dates, special events, or for specific hotels, airlines, cruises, or other suppliers. * In case of partial cancellation, the cancellation charges will be calculated based on the services cancelled and the applicable supplier policies. * Any applicable TCS, taxes, bank charges, payment gateway charges, visa fees, processing fees, or other statutory/non-refundable charges may not be refundable. * In case of visa rejection, the passenger will be responsible for applicable cancellation charges on flights, hotels, land arrangements, and other confirmed services. * Visa fees, processing charges, courier charges, and other visa-related expenses are generally non-refundable in case of visa rejection or withdrawal. * Any unused portion of the tour or package after commencement of travel will not be refundable. * No refund will be provided for services missed due to late arrival, early departure, personal reasons, change of plans, or failure to utilize the booked services. --- # Refund Policy * Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after deducting all applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, non-refundable components, taxes, booking amounts, and other applicable charges. * Refund eligibility is subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers. * Applicable refunds will generally be processed within **45 working days** from the date of receipt and acceptance of the cancellation request and completion of the necessary supplier refund process. * The actual time taken for the refund may vary depending on airlines, hotels, banks, payment gateways, cruise liners, or other service providers. * No interest or compensation shall be payable for delays in processing refunds caused by third-party service providers or banking/payment systems. --- # Important Note * By confirming the booking, the passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions and the applicable supplier-specific policies. * All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking. * In case of any discrepancy between these general terms and the specific terms of an airline, hotel, cruise liner, visa provider, or other service provider, the **supplier's applicable terms and conditions shall prevail** for that particular service.
